Sunita Hydrocolloids Pvt. Ltd. (SHPL) is a premier manufacturer and supplier of both natural and modified hydrocolloids, including Guar Gum, Tamarind Gum, Fenugreek Gum and Starch. Our products cater to a wide range of industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals, cosmetics & personal care, paper, oil & gas, mining and explosives. Customized products are also manufactured, meeting various specifications as per customers’ requirement.
In addition, SHPL produces and exports various grades of Guar Meal, a high-protein ingredient ideal for diverse feed formulations, particularly for aqua feed, cattle feed and poultry feed.
Established in 2007 after the reorganization of Sunita Minechem Industries, SHPL has since expanded its operations and diversified its product portfolio. Our erstwhile Sunita Minechem Industries was established in the year 1982, focused on manufacturing and supplying guar gum powder, herbal extracts and various commodity products.
In 2013, SHPL established its subsidiary, Sunita Hydrocolloids Inc. (SHI) in Houston, Texas, USA. SHI specializes in innovative oil field chemical technology, offering a range of high-quality stimulation chemicals, including guar-based gelling agents, cross linkers, clay stabilizers, defoamers, non-emulsifiers and breakers, to the North and South American markets.
SHPL operates four exclusive production sites in Rajasthan, India, dedicated to produce guar splits, food, technical and feed-grade products. These facilities are equipped with advanced automatic machinery and staffed by experienced technocrats and a dedicated team, enabled SHPL to achieve the world class certifications such as FSSAI, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45000, GMP+, SEDEX, SMETA, EcoVadis, USFDA, Kosher and Halal.
