At the 30th Carbohydrate Conference of the Association of Carbohydrate Chemists & Technologists (India) (ACCTI) hosted by Department of Chemistry, Pondicherry University, Pudducherry from 29-31 December 2015, ACCTI/Sunita Hydrocolloids Excellence in Carbohydrate Research (ECR) Award was conferred to Prof. Ashok Kr. Prasad, Chemistry Department, Delhi University, New Delhi. The Award carries a cash honorarium of Rs. 30,000, citation and a memento.
