P. K. Hissaria is a veteran Natural Ingredients industry technocrat, with 40 years of experience. P. K. Hissaria is an aborigine of Hanumangarh, one of the main Guar Gum markets of foremost Guar growing state of India – Rajasthan. Heearned a Degree in law from Rajasthan University. Born with business acumen, Mr P K Hissaria shifted to Jodhpur and established Sunita Minechem Industries in 1982. His far-sighted vision and keen business acumen provide the necessary leadership to the group activities and defined objective of exports of Guar Gum Products through a path of established exports of commodities, textiles and herbal & natural ingredients.
Anil Kumar Hissaria

Anil Kumar Hissaria is Sunita Hydrocolloids’ Director for the group. He has over (38) years of management and executive leadership experience. He pursued his graduation from Rajasthan University. Soon after completion of his professional education, he joined Sunita Hydrocolloids Pvt. Ltd. He spearheaded the operations of the company towards achievement of company’s goal. His keen interest to capture market innovation, optimising relations with suppliers and managing risks, is a strategy for the Group.

- 1982- Establishment of Sunita Minechem Industries as manufacturer of guar products.
- 1997- Recognized as Export House and in the same year received award by Govt. of India for Highest Growth in Export.
- 2003- Expanded production capacity upto 5000 MT/annum.
- 2007- Joint venture with Weatherford Int. Ltd. USA.
- 2010- Expanded production capacity upto 7000 MT/annum.
- 2010- Received status of Star Export House from Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Govt. of India.
- 2011- Expanded production capacity upto 9000 MT/annum.
- 2012- Expanded production capacity at Boranda upto 27000 MT/annum.
- 2013- Expansion of production capacity will be upto 42000 MT/annum.
- 2018- SHPL acquired its entire ownership interest in Sunita Hydrocolloids Pvt Ltd (SHPL) from Weatherford
